In un presente alternativo (ma non troppo), il Paese è in balia del proprio Presidente. Paranoico, ossessionato dalle trame ordite dalle associazioni sovversive, governa su una massa informe e stordita. Un giovane inizia a ricevere messaggi e visioni da una misteriosa entità che trasmette da un satellite, in un lontano sistema stellare. Questa entità altamente evoluta sembra guidare tutta la sua esistenza attraverso informazioni confuse e criptiche, che solo a poco a poco sembrano assumere una forma coerente. Si tratta di un piano per far cadere il regime totalitario del Presidente attraverso la forza subliminale della musica, oppure sono soltanto i deliri di un o squilibrato? Un omaggio al grande intramontabile Philip K.Dick, le cui visioni e incubi diventano di giorno in giorno più attuali.
